Information Collection and Use
When you visit Seeflow’s website, certain kinds of non-personal information, such as the site that referred you to us, your IP address, browser type and language, and access times, may be collected automatically as part of the site's operation. We may also collect navigational information, including information about the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions taken in connection with the website.
If you choose to submit your email address, we will use it to communicate with you about your transactions and our services. We may send transaction-related communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, and purchase confirmations. We may also send you surveys or marketing communications to inform you of new products or services we provide, or other information or offers that may be of interest. If you do not wish to receive surveys or marketing communications, you may follow the "unsubscribe" instructions included within each email communication. Please keep in mind that, if you choose not to receive marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional or account communications such as emails confirming your order.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Seeflow does not rent, trade, or share Personal Information with third parties except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We may use other third parties such as a credit card processing company to bill you for services sold on our website, and an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf. When you make a purchase on our website or sign up for our email list, we will share the minimal amount of personally identifiable information as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality of client message content
The safety and confidentiality of your message information is of extremely high importance for us, as it is for you. We have built our system to include a number of security measures to protect your content.
Seeflow contracts only trained, qualified and registered NZSL interpreters. All Seeflow translations are therefore covered under the SLIANZ Code of Ethics. If you believe an interpreter has breached any of these ethics, please let us know immediately so we can investigate, and we will let you know our findings. If you are still not satisfied with our findings, or if you prefer to not raise your concerns with us directly, you are welcome to contact SLIANZ to raise this concern on your behalf.
